ABOUT

I am a junior at American University studying Public Relations and Literature. Currently, I am an assistant prose editor for Amlit, American’s literary magazine, and a writer for both Ego Magazine and Revolution AU. Additionally, I'm is a member of Zeta Phi Eta, the professional communications fraternity on campus and the recipient of the Washington Writers’ Publishing House editorial fellowship. I am a lover of all things fashion, fiction, and publishing. I grew up in Honeoye Falls, New York, a small town in Western NY that is freezing and gray for ¾ of the year, but absolutely gorgeous in the spring/summer. I have previously written for The Cougar, Honeoye Falls-Lima’s high school newspaper, and my current writing can be found on Revolution AU and Amlit’s blog, as well as the upcoming issue of Ego Magazine and graceandgravitydc.com. I grew up reading and writing, and have continued my passion throughout my college career, and I wish to continue these passions after college by working as an editor or public relations practitioner in the publishing industry. My professional and personal goal is to be part of publishing someone’s favorite book.
